Why it sits 7.5mm proud.
Modern phones carry large camera bumps. On a flush pad, the bump tilts the phone and lifts the charging coil away, so it charges slower or not at all.
SwiftPro’s raised profile gives the bump somewhere to go, so the phone sits flat and couples properly. That is why we recommend fitting it on the surface, never recessed into it.

How long does installation take?
Most installations take a few minutes. The SwiftPro 25W needs only a single 15mm hole drilled through the surface, so it suits both new fit-outs and retrofits.
What devices are compatible with the SwiftPro 25W?
iPhone 16 and newer models with MagSafe support can receive up to 25W when using SwiftPro's Qi2.2 MPP magnetic alignment. Samsung, Google Pixel, and other Qi-enabled devices charge at up to 15W.
Why does the charger sit above the surface instead of flush?
Modern smartphones have camera modules that protrude 4–6mm from the back. A flush-mount charger can't make proper contact with these devices. SwiftPro's 7.5mm raised profile ensures the charging coil aligns correctly with the phone's receiver, regardless of camera bump size.
Is the charger durable enough for high-traffic environments?

What does the LED indicator show?
Green light ON means the charger is powered and ready. Light OFF means a device is actively charging. Green light FLASHING indicates a fault or foreign object detected. If there's no light at all (and no phone on the charger), the charger isn't receiving power. Check the connection.
